Our Performance
We are proud of the service we provide and are committed to providing high quality, patient-centred care based on continuous improvement.
Clinical governance
Clinical governance is a framework through which we are accountable for continuously improving the quality of our services and safeguarding high standards of care. We create an environment where excellence in clinical care will flourish. Put simply, this means doing the right thing, in the right way, at the right time, by the right person or team.
Audit programme
One of the ways the quality of service provision at Holy Cross is measured is through a planned programme of clinical audit. This provides a systematic method for reflection and review of practice.
Changes to practice and organisation of patient care is based on evidence including collection of data and an open and honest reporting structure.
Audit reports are shared with management and staff for the implementation of appropriate recommendations.
