Director of Therapy Services with Quality responsibility

Reporting to the Chief Executive, this will be a significant post for the hospital in sustaining and developing further a highly respected multi-disciplinary therapy team renowned for providing exemplary neuro and general rehabilitation. 

As a hands-on clinician the post holder will be energetic, self-directed and an ambitious professional who can demonstrate unparalleled expertise in the field of rehabilitation and have experience of developing new and innovative services

You will work with the Senior Management team in developing a shared vision. You will co-lead in the development of an Integrated governance strategy, facilitating a high reliability led infrastructure.
