Learning & Development Coordinator (part-time)

- SALARY: Dependent upon experience
- Two days a week (hours to be discussed). This is not a remote role.
You will closely support our Clinical Practice Lead in the development, roll-out and review of the annual clinical training program. You will also ensure that all planned training, both clinical and non-clinical, is communicated to employees and attendance is recorded and monitored to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high quality, patient-centred services.
About you:
To be successful you will have previous administrative experience, excellent organisational skills and be a confident communicator. You will be a team player who is able to provide a high level of customer service delivered with a calm, professional approach.
You will be proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel. Previous experience of learning managements systems or databases would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given.
