Maintenance Officer/ Handyman
- SALARY: Starting salary from £24,994 per annum basic (plus on-call payment & enhancements for weekend working)
- Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
The Caretaker will undertake a variety of tasks and play an integral role in maintaining a high standard of safety, cleanliness, comfort and efficient operation throughout the hospital buildings and grounds including minor repairs, general maintenance tasks and care of our Hydrotherapy pool. Training provided and on-going development opportunities.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Full time hours will be worked on a shift pattern on a rota providing cover from 7am – 7pm, including weekend working and participation in the ‘Out of Hours’ on-call rota.
